Terms and Conditions for Cycle Parts Outlet


We ship all domestic orders out UPS Ground, unless you specify a need for faster service. Remember, your package will be shipped to you from the day we receive the parts, not from the day you order them. We can order parts faster but the customer will incur an additional charge. Large or heavy orders will only be shipped UPS Ground and will be subject to additional shipping charges(Fenders-Racks-Wheels-Exhaust Systems-ETC). We may also inquire about insurance on your order. The shipping charges are calculated per amount of the order. If there is oversize/overweight items on your order, there will be an additional shipping charge. Depending on the size of the package and your delivery location, oversize/overweight charges can range from $20-$100 per package. WE WILL CONTACT THE CUSTOMER VIA EMAIL IF OVERSIZE/OVERWEIGHT SHIPPING CHARGES APPLY, BEFORE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED. WE ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD
Shipping Costs


CYCLEPARTS OUTLET works hard to ship your order as soon as possible! Most orders will ship within 4-7 business days after your order has been placed. Most instances, you should receive your order within 7-14 business days of placing your initial order. We are not held responsible for delays through UPS due to incorrect address listings, bad weather, etc. There may be instances when a delay is caused by manufacturer back orders or even discontinued items. If we notice a delay in your order, we will contact you and let you know.


Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


If you create an account or sign in before placing the order, you can go back into your account to review your order and retrieve the tracking number when the order ships. The tracking number is also sent through UPS' tracking number notification system. Sometimes they can not send the tracking number due to spamblockers or such.


Unfortunately items cannot be added to an existing order because we do not store credit card data online for security purposes.


As soon as orders are received, we pull the order, check availability and charge the card accordingly. Once this has been done, the order has been submitted to our vendor/manufacturer. We have had an increase of non-stocking items on hand due to customers cancelling orders after submitting them, so A RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO ALL CANCELLED ORDERS. The vendors charge us to return these items back so the fee will be charged to the customer for return of parts. We charge these fees because this is what the manufacturers charge us to return the parts to them. IF THE MISTAKE IS THE FAULT OF CYCLEPARTS OUTLET, WE WILL CORRECT THE PROBLEM. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF WHAT YOU ARE NEEDING/ORDERING, PLEASE EMAIL US FOR ASSISTANCE. IF THE PART/S YOU ORDER ARE INCORRECT, IT IS NOT THE LIABILITY OF CYCLE PARTS OUTLET TO CORRECT THE MISTAKE WITHOUT CUSTOMER INCURRING A RESTOCKING FEE. If you are ordering a part that deals with different color codes, we suggest emailing us a list of what you are needing and allow us to make sure the color you want is in fact the color you are ordering. We suggest getting clarification from us prior to placing your order to prevent any confusion. Again, if you receive the part and it is the incorrect color, we are not responsible for returning/reordering the part without the customer incurring a restocking fee.


To receive a return authorization number, you will need to email us. Any returned packages without a return number will be rejected(sent back freight collect). We will not except any returns unless parts are in the original packing and or box. If the part or order is a mistake of Cycle Parts Outlet, we will correct the mistake.

Cycleparts Outlet will not accept returned goods without prior approval in the form of an RMA number. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number will be refused. Requests must be made within 30 days from receipt of goods. Refused orders and/or returns shall be subject to a 25% restocking/handling charge. Merchandise must be returned pre-paid as Cycle Parts Oulet will not accept any returns sent COD. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges for any return or exchanges.

All returned merchandise must be in its original, new, unused, unworn condition, and include its original undamaged packaging, attached tags, instructions, etc. Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging - it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return is not damaged on the way back to Cycleparts Outlet. Following these guidelines will prevent any unnecessary charges. Any Special Order, electrical and/or fiberglass parts are not returnable. Please be sure you want them before ordering.

All returns or exchanges must be received within 30 business days from the date the order is received. Any returned items that do not follow the most general guidelines will be returned and no credits will be issued.


We check availability of every part that is ordered before charging the amount to your card. If all items on your order are available, we then charge the order amount to your credit card. If items are on back order or discontinued, we will contact you via email to see if you still need the available parts on your order. After we receive a response back from you, we charge the revised amount to your card and proceed with your order.


UPS covers packages that are damaged during shipment for up to $100.00 free of charge. We ask that you add insurance to your orders over that amount. It eases the process to get replacement parts to you. We are not responsible for damaged packages that are not insured.
